Since 1999, this annual survey ranks the nation’s top loan originators determined by the previous year’s submitted, qualified loan volumes. The listing is open to mortgage loan officers and brokers who work at depository, nonbank and mortgage brokerage firms in the United States, and includes responses from participants on industry developments and trends along with originations.
The Homespire sales team members to make the 2021 list of “Top Mortgage Producers” include:
- Neil Kantor is VP, Builder Division and Senior Mortgage Advisor in the Gaithersburg’s office, closing 809 loans in 2020, resulting in over $342 million in volume.
- Gerald Zapol is a Loan Officer with Homespire’s Gaithersburg, Md. branch, originating 216 loans last year for a loan volume of more than $92 million.
- Kevin Patrick is the Regional Sales Manager for Homespire’s Winchester, Va. office. In 2020, Patrick closed 334 loans for over $73 million in volume.
- Otmane Laassel is the Branch Manager for the company’s Shady Grove, Md. Office, originating 205 loans in 2020 resulting in almost $65 million in total volume.
