While I am a real estate agent, this was a personal loan for my son. We encountered so many issues with other lenders and almost lost a house under contract and Otmane came in, looked at the loan and was clear and frank if his team, underwriting office could do it. Not only could they do the deal, they made it possible for my son to buy the house and still close on time. While the loan period extended, it only extended past a few days.
