Industry veteran Lynda Fazio is serving as Area Manager in New Mexico alongside mortgage expert Dave Purdy who serves as Regional Manager. Fazio’s team brings more than 65 years of combined experience to the market and have plans to open three additional branches in New Mexico over the next year.
Senior Mortgage Advisor Kyle LeDuc serves as Homespire’s Columbus, Ohio Branch Manager. Having served more than 140 families in 2020 alone, LeDuc’s extensive experience in the local market allows him and his team to provide borrowers expert guidance and exceptional service within Ohio’s extremely competitive housing market.
Homespire has named Kevin Whatley Regional Manager of South-Central Region, including Texas, as part of its continued expansion within the state. Whatley is already well-established in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is leading the opening of additional offices in the Austin and Houston market. He and his team see potential for the region to grow to a $1 billion housing market over the next year with strategic management.
Additionally, Homespire has plans underway for continued growth in other key markets including Alabama as well as Florida, with branches already serving the Port St. Lucie, Tampa and Orlando metro areas.
