Utilizing the concept from Jim Collins’ book “Good to Great,” we’ve established a culture of working toward and achieving measurable goals while having fun in the process. To do this, we analyze three things: 1) What you are great at doing; (2) What you truly enjoy doing; (3) What provides the financial gain you desire to have. The mortgage business offers many opportunities to do what you love to do, are good at doing, and is financially rewarding.  When we determine these three details, you’ll find that what you’re doing doesn’t even feel like work.
