Now in its eighth year, this annual report recognizes leading Hispanic mortgage originators across the U.S. for their hard work, dedication and contributions towards supporting homeownership in the Hispanic community. Rankings are compiled through transaction data closed during the 2021 calendar year, which is reviewed and validated by the NAHREP team. This year’s honorees were selected from over 1,200 applicants around the country, with the top producers representing 56,729 closed mortgages and $17.3 billion in total sales for 2021. In addition to the national rankings, the Homespire team members also made the list for the Southeast Region’s Top 100 Latino Mortgage Originators.
