GAITHERSBURG, Md., June 10, 2021 – Leading residential mortgage lender Homespire Mortgage is pleased to announce that five of its top loan originators were recently named within the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) “Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators” report for 2021.
Now in its seventh year, this annual report recognizes leading Latino mortgage originators across the U.S. for their hard work, dedication, and contributions toward supporting homeownership in the Latino community. The rankings are compiled through transaction data closed during the 2020 calendar year, which is reviewed and validated by the NAHREP team.
The five Homespire nominee loan originators represented a combined 1,172 closed mortgages for the company and were selected from over 1,200 applicants from around the country. In addition to national rankings, the Homespire sales leaders also made the list for the Southeast Region’s Top 100 Mortgage Originators.

Carlos Martinez is the Branch Manager for Homespire’s Rockville, Md. office., closing 325 qualified transactions for the 2021 report, going above and beyond for his clients to help overcome any language or technology barriers to their mortgage experience.
Elias Gonzales is a Senior Loan Officer with Homespire’s Rockville branch, originating 297 qualified transactions during 2020, serving his growing community and helping them achieve their dreams of homeownership.
Adrian Ciaramellano is the Branch Production Manager for the company’s Rockville, Md. office. Adrian closed 215 qualified transactions in 2020 and is always going the extra mile to help families accomplish their home ownership goals.
Anthony Strickland is a Senior Loan Officer in the company’s Rockville, Md. Branch. Anthony closed 184 qualified transactions in 2020 by creating deep connection with his clients and referral partners and by helping the Hispanic community grow and make sound financial decisions with their real estate investments.
Kenia Escobar is a Loan Officer with Homespire’s Shady Grove, Md. office, completing 151 qualified transactions in 2020.
