He explained the benefits and drawbacks of every possible option I could choose from without hesitation. As a man in his early 20s, the stress from buying my first home was overwhelming. Kurt took me and my stress in stride and was a massive comfort. He took care of me in such a way that it made me feel like he was guiding his own son. Not to mention Kurt's team. Kurt and his associates had great communication and were very clear on what was needed from me at each step to ensure a speedy and smooth process.
