Anytime we ran into a snag that looked like it was going to be our demise, Edwin came up with a solution. If you are wanting to become a homeowner, but certain life factors all point to "No", give Edwin a call before giving up. Edwin thinks outside the box and he may have just the right program and solution for your situation. If for some reason he can't help you at the time, he can tell you what to do to improve your chances, he will work on a plan with you and you can always go back to him in the near future.
