For the last 20 years, I have been in the mortgage business as a producer and leader. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to work in a wealth management banking / financial advisor role, which allowed me the opportunity to offer mortgage solutions to my investment clients. I found that I enjoyed working closely with my clients on their debt strategy more so than their investment strategy, so I ventured into the mortgage space. I have been named in the Top 1% of Loan Originators in years past and have had the privilege of leading seven Top 1% loan officers in the last three years.
I approach every interaction with my clients from a position of common courtesy, respect and trust. I take a holistic approach to my clients’ financial and personal needs when making recommendations and believe strongly that the key to wealth-building lies in a sound investment in real estate. I take my responsibility very seriously in outlining the best options available to my clients to ensure that the loan they secure fits their needs in the present moment and for years to come. I enjoy working with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, investors and families looking to purchase a second or vacation home. I take pride in being my clients’ lender for life, so I am always available for a consultation concerning refinancing or acquiring additional properties as part of their investment strategy. Originally from New Jersey, just outside of New York City, I moved to Florida in 2011. During most of my life, I had enjoyed vacationing in Florida. And after many years of cold winters, I decided to make it my home. Outside of my passion for my career, I love to travel. I take every opportunity available to me to sneak away for long weekends or even weeks at a time to immerse myself in different cultures, experience different foods and even take a crack at new languages. I consider myself a lifelong student. I am presently working on a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and plan next to pursue a doctoral degree. Homeownership is a key component of the American dream. I take great pride in the fact that I have helped thousands of families achieve this goal. I love being a part of the sense of achievement my clients feel when they cross the finish line and leave the closing table with the keys to their new home in hand!
