From the beginning he told me what was needed & what debt to pay off so that I wouldn’t have any issues during closing. The only issue I had with Dan was when it came to a week before closing. I was under the impression that I had to pay 5% for closing, however when I received my final disclosure I saw that I in fact needed to put 10%. Not a big issue since I had the funds, however it did take me by surprise. When asked he told me that I agreed to it 30 days ago, which was not the case. Besides that little incident, I had no other problems. Everything else went very smooth. As a first time home buyer, he and my realtor were amazing. Thank you!read less
